why himalayas ??

Often heard that more of the sages goes to himalayas for continuing their practice of seeking higher cals ..thought that it is basically a serine and undisturbed place at Himalays which is best suited for searching for higher calls for those who alreadiy tasted what life is ..As meditation is being practiced it is more physical than other things that is going to himalayas for the seers is of more physical need as the meditation is not only balancing catabalism and anibolism but also enhances the capacity of removal  of nitrogen wastages in the body ..as the catabolism pushes up the warm up happens in the physical body and as more efficiency in catabolism is happening more upscale the temp is ..anibolism cannot sustain the overflow and says stop ..catabolism is more vibrant and hence upping of body temp ...hence need of a cool place to make the practice happen and hence to himalays searching naturally a cool place .that is what i am experiencing right now and hence i know ..external temp is very slightly above normal but on practicing of ohm on a big scale there is a rush of temp in side which stops with back to mundane style of life .. no it is not harmonal imbalance ..i strongly feel that the connect is more off physical than that can be comprehended now ....

ELQ or earnings limitation Quotient defines the way of living or dying for that matter

There is a cosmic connect and the process of time is yet to come to comprehension . what happens if the body dies ?? As per gravity laws the attraction in this case is just opposite of newtons law..similar matter attracts similarmatter ..in case of body being given back to universe the panch boothas go back to mother source and again come back in form of plants or animals or other organic ways ..over the process what happens to the forefather bodies that went backto earth ..may be recycling in form of a fruit or some edible organic happens and a part of that will be eater and ingested by some one ,,may be ourselves.. is that the way of balancing Emotional quotients in the universe ??well on deep contempation it appears that we are all ingesting the essence in one way or others from our earlier clans ..

As i delve deep and contemplate bit more , it is all a complete clarity that the clarity is not at all there .Other words for sure i know that i donot know the dynamics of cosmic designs. The entire function of the body is to carry the brain around ..that case the nervous system is very critical for keeping the data and manifest of feels .. can we feel pain if there is no Nerve.. same is for all feels .. while having a repressively aggressive think thei discussion point is what if there is mind and no body say does not matter over never mind this simulation process flowed over . it is also linked to the fact that we cannot  have or even a glimpse of understanding of time as a matter of fact ..flow of time is just continuous where the split of sec becomes present and past now .so the entire flow of life is a simulation pre defined ebbs and flows . Some time back i had a profound talk with the chief of jalim lotion or so ..vaguely remember..but he is a jaina and eighty years plus ..it was dasara time and the city is vibrant with festive mood .. he says that he is on fasting for last 8 days ..i was surprised to hear the same that he is on coconut water diet and doing extremely good ...seeing my surprise he introduced his son who is 60 plus and is on fasting for more than a month ..same diet rules ..even more surprised ..then his grand son who is 40 pls was introduced who says that he too on fast for 45 days ..this time i am zapped ...said not to bother to introduce his great grand son who might aswell feeding on coconut water for more than two months .. the point we discussed on the masochism is opt for reaching spiritual heights or not ..He did not argue but says Yadha dristi thathaa sristi ... well the point now i am making is on the metaphysical solipsism which is the point ... post two decades when i am trying to comprehend the metaphysical solipsism i am getting a glimpse of the same and more or less agreeing the point . The concourses of time gives all types of feels and emotions the surrealistic as there is no past or future or even present .. it is flowing and we are trying to afloat trying to waddle in the direction of our choice of selection where the destination and direction are already programmed .

All types of experiences are being generated from mind and well within ..on the screen of mind the various connects gets projected and we call experiences . we are in predefined journey and unable to connect with the time and being floated away trying to be either in past or future missing out the split of present ..Human brain cannot comprehend the super game flow and that is the reason of all misery or joy or what ever in the journey of birth to death .Now has a feel that the metaphysical solipsism is all in reality ..so back to square one and running in circles on a hedonistic treadmill..Hope the life quality improves after all ..

Art of leaving

It is not the art of living that is needed to learn be it from me or ravi shankar or some one else who does not have a ideal life . Having seen many a faces which are in general gloomy and drab , the reason there of is ascertained . simple and simple that we all lacks excitement which comes with change in attitude and unlearning . if we stick to belief system either it gives good or bad but rarely excitement . Innocentive enthusiasm is the key to spread positive energy across .But remember again that the more the positive energy being spread from you the more opposite happens some where as bro einstein already told that the energy levels be it positive or negative is same and will be same always ...  Good thought to start the day no ..

Body vs mind ..the fun of life

While coming to home i have noticed keenly the faces of more than hundred who are all awaiting their bus , ofcourse at bus stations , city buses ofcourse, to reach home early on a rainy day ..bdw today just the monsoon entered hyderabad , a tad late for a change . Guess the feel and expression on all their faces by and large ..You donot get a prize for correct guess .If you are a commuter by yourself and you have the answer .
Draggy, boring , misery, anxiety, super boring , dull, gloomy, despondency, helplessness ,,, you can have a tall order excluding merry faces . No it is not about how to be happy or any sort of pd platform . The point is to share the feel that all emotions should be rotational . Else life becomes a cage of joy or cheer which again is dead boring .. A mix and match is good ..what to mix when and how much is the question to be answered by individual only . It is the word often used is natural phenomena

..so many changes in our living world keep happening with out our notice ..perhaps we are not interested in noticing or we are unable to make a notice of transit ..when the darkness gives way to dawn exactly ??Is there any exact point after all ?? when the child gives way to adult exactly...hmm that is a complex question that can be answered individually .. even more unnoticing is phenomena is gradual change of generation .. sameera got married and started her own life on records post 16 day festival as per hindu tradition from 15 june 2019 .. family members 7 saw her off to bglr yesterday night making a new beginning of gen next or say phase out of gen present ..roll over keeps coming and going ,, time flows ....heard from sadguru that there will be a subtle very subtle changes in universe at 3.30 am in the wee hours of the day .. actually at 4.30 it can be felt ..a transit ..change of guards kind of a thing . split second there is a standstill of universal life flow felt .
